"This happened two years ago in the pandemic time. I tried to travel from Colombia to Spain. I was travelling alone.
Normally, the road from Girardot to Bogota is very complicated and that day an accident had happened. That's why I arrived late at the airport. I had taken a very expensive Covid-19 test because I needed fast results. When I arrived at the boarding gate, the airline staff didn't let me fly because supposedly I didn't have the correct documents. I was angry and I was crying. I started to argue with the woman from the staff. I will always remember her name, it was on her jacket: Rose.
I lost my money and wasted my time. I hate Rose."
