السلام في الأشياء الصغيرة

في قرية صغيرة بجوار نهر، عاشت امرأة مع عائلتها. كانت تحب الجلوس تحت شجرة كبيرة وقراءة الكتب في هذا السلام.

في اليوم التالي، سمعت عن مدينة بعيدة. تلك المدينة لديها مكتبة كبيرة.
- قالت: «أريد أن أذهب»، لكنها فكرت بعد ذلك، «لن أذهب إلى هناك، لأنني أحب قريتي وأفضل السلام هنا على ضجيج المدينة الكبيرة».
لكن والدها قال لها: «سنسافر إلى المدينة لزيارة المكتبة الشهيرة لأنك تحب الكتب».

قالت المرأة لوالدها: "لا أريد أن أرى المدينة. أريد السلام من هنا، من قريتي ".

رآها والدها حزينة وأجاب: «لن نذهب إلى المدينة وستكون سعيدًا هنا».

ابتهجت الابنة وذهبت إلى شجرتها، وهناك رأت السلام الذي أحبتها

今日もばくだんが聞こえます。 昨日より少し遠いけど、ねむるのがつらいです。
平和 の時、まだ子どもだったので、せんそうの理由はもう忘れてしまいました。国土のためか、多分商業のためか、分かりません。じつは、気にしていません。ほかの問題がありますから。
五年前から食べ物と飲み物はだんだん少くなくなりました。軍は畑をやいたから、みんな毎日水と食料をさがすようになりました。
薬も少ないです。病気になったら困ります、でも今までに元気でした。そのうえ、薬があれば食べ物をたくさん買えます。お金はもう意味がなくなりました。
明日北に行ってみたいです。いなかはもっと静かだそうです。一人旅の方がきけんですが、ここにとまれません。
このにっきは読めれば、私は多分亡くなりました。あきらめないで、がんばって下さい。

A blurry night

I don’t get it.

Let me recap.

It was getting late, I had had a tough day and a night shift awaited me. I really didn’t want to go to work, so I was annoyed. Sighing, I grabbed my keys, got in the car, and began driving. I could barely see, since the road was surrounded by fog. After a while, I saw a strange shadow in the middle of the road, but I didn’t pay attention to it, as my psychiatrist always tells me to do.

When I got to the gas station where I work, I greeted Margaret, but she started telling me off for being just a few minutes late. I couldn’t stop asking myself, “Who does she think she is?”. She was pissing me off, but I dismissed her, I was desperate for some peace for once. Then, the shadow I had seen before appeared again, but I ignored it once more, even though it was getting closer to me.

After that, things get blurry. But I swear, Your Honour — Margaret was already dead when I entered the bathroom.

Je vous souhaite beaucoup de moments de bonheur même si je sais que vous aurez de malheur. N’abandonnez pas. Trouvez le courage de changer les choses qui ne vont pas bien. N’ayez pas peur de vivre et de chercher de nouveaux défis. Merci de m’avoir permis d’être votre mère. J’ai fait de mon mieux. Quand vous aurez besoin de moi, je serai là, dans l’impulsion vitale qui fait battre vos cœurs.

Bad dreams

I woke up with a horrible feeling. A feeling of loss, a feeling of helplessness, as if I had a heavy weight on my chest that would not go away. Half awake, half still in a stupor, I realized that it had all been a dream, and a nasty one at that. I had dreamt about losing her.
The details were fading quickly, as they do when you wake up from a nightmare, but I could remember glimpses of an argument, the cause of which unknown and unimportant.
Then I took a breath, looked to my side and, sure enough, she was still there sleeping peacefully. And that peace was contagious. Still shaken, I smiled, because that meant I had something worth worrying about losing.

The most remote village on the planet

That day, the dawn shined more serenely in the most remote village on the planet.
With that feeling, the mayor arrived at the town hall. She had to clarify a few details with the opposition leader before the plenary session.
- Milk? - she heard.
Perhaps she had called him too early. She apologised.
- Oops, light plus.
Trying to rectify, she added:
- Oily beetle.
The leader replied indignantly:
- Lilies! Foreskin! Oops!
They both hung up at the same time. Had they gone mad?
Within a few hours, nothing in the village obeyed the act of being named.
Panic spread among the villagers: reality had refused to continue to be named in a plundering way.
At dusk, they gathered to agree on the essential words… if reality agreed to be so named.
With each object or image they renamed, they seemed to be reborn, and so was the moon.
At dawn they realised that they needed to name a new emotion: the smile with which life looked at them again.
After a long silence, someone said “Peace”.

Ein Spaziergang durch den Frieden

Es gibt ein Mädchen, das unabhängig von den Gründen ihr Lächeln nie verliert. Der Grund für ihre Stärke ist ein unerklärlicher Frieden, der sich in einem geheimen Winkel ihrer Seele findet. Und dieser Frieden kolonisiert nicht nur ihr Äußeres, sondern auch die Menschen um sie.

Der Begriff des Friedens ist nicht frei von Streit. Aber ihr zufolge bietet er keinen Zweifel. Sie sagt, dass sie dieses Gefühl bei einem einfachen Spaziergang am Strand bekommt, barfuß, jedoch geschützt gegen die Schläge des Lebens. Da wandert sie allein aber niemals einsam. Außerdem wurde sie beim Musikhören auch von ihren Lieblingsbands begleitet.

Dieser Moment erzeugt in ihr ein echtes Lächeln, das Dunkelheit und ganze Städte erhellen könnte. Die Macht ihres Lichts ist so heftig, dass sie jeden blind lassen kann.

Innerlich stirbt sie langsam, sogar die Decke ihres Zimmers fällt auf sie; äußerlich heilt sie die Leute. Im Tief ist sie unzerstörbar und so wird sie das mutigste Mädchen der Welt, das weiß ich.

Ein Morgen im Park

Heute ist ein schöner Tag. Die Sonne scheint und der Himmel ist blau. Ich gehe in den Park, weil ich Ruhe und Frieden finden möchte. Im Park gibt es viele Bäume und Blumen. Man kann Vögel hören und Kinder spielen sehen. Ich setze mich auf eine Bank und lese ein Buch. Es gibt auch viele Menschen, die spazieren gehen oder Fahrrad fahren.
Plötzlich sehe ich einen Hund. Der Hund ist klein und freundlich.Er kommt zu mir und ich streichle ihn. Der Besitzer lächelt und sagt: "Guten Tag!" Ich antworte: "Hallo!" Wir reden ein bisschen und ich fühle mich glücklich.
Der Park ist ein Ort, wo man Frieden finden kann. Ich mag diesen Ort sehr. Am Abend gehe ich nach Hause. Es war ein guter Tag.

From war to harmony

Stunning warm stone cliffs and incredible beaches.
This is what we saw when we visited Normandy.
Beyond the famous D-Day beaches, there’s so much more to discover.
Being there, listening to the stories, and visiting the museums and cemeteries where countless soldiers gave their lives for freedom was profoundly moving.
I felt a deep sense of sadness and empathy for those who lost not only their homes but also their loved ones.
So many stories of hunger, uncertainty, and desolation.
What drives people to cause such destruction? The thirst for power among many politicians.
We live in a world where war never truly ends.
It’s time for governments to seriously consider global peace.
Yet, amid all this loss, there is hope,hope that the sacrifices of the past will guide us toward a future of understanding and harmony. Normandy’s story reminds us that peace is not just a choice, but a responsibility we must all share.

Un beau rêve

Elle a trouvé la paix sur cette île. Il n’y a pas eu de bruit, seulement la nature. Il a fait beau et chaud. La mer a été bleue et tranquille. Elle a été très heureuse. Tout a été calme. Juliette n’a pas pensé au travail ni aux problèmes. Chaque matin, elle a marché sur la plage. Elle a regardé les vagues et elle a écouté les oiseaux. Elle a lu un livre sous un palmier et elle a bu un jus de fruits. L’après-midi, elle a nagé dans la mer. Le soir, elle a regardé le coucher du soleil. Elle a mangé du poisson grillé et des fruits tropicaux. Elle a aimé ce moment.. Elle se réveille et tout a été un beau rêve.

カマリアさんはアフリカで生まれました。3年前船でスペインに一人で来ました。 旅行は本当にとても大変でした、カマリアさんが忘れられません。
生活は違いますから、空気を読む ことを学んでいます。 人々に会った方がいいと思います 。カマリアさんは、嬉しい人ですが、月を見るの時 、 気に入るお家に帰れると思います 。世界の状況が変わったら、多分 カマリアさんのために将来 全部 簡単になります 。

Una nova primavera

Era el 2 de maig de 1749. Tot i que la primavera havia arribat amb sorprenent antelació, els càlids raigs del sol encara deixaven espai a una frescor penetrant que envoltava les hores nocturnes. Tot i això, aquella nit, no teníem fred. Mentre la pau regnava al convent, s’arremolinava a la nostra ànima una infinitat d’emocions… la por a allò desconegut, el terror a ser descobertes, l’alegria de tornar a la vida després d’anys d’estricta i penosa clausura.
Ingènues, boges o somiadores, vam seguir amb determinació el pla establert, perquè la vida era mort al Santa Clara, i la mort un risc que estàvem disposades a assumir. Ens vam dirigir cap al claustre aguantant la respiració. Qualsevol soroll podia arruïnar-ho tot.
Subjectant una escala de fusta, els nostres cavallers esperaven nerviosos, amb la suor al front i el cor encongit. Ells van ser el pas cap a la nostra llibertat i cap al començament d’una primavera que mai havíem vist brollar a les terres majestuoses i salvatges de Menorca.

Давным-давно в очень зелёной долине были две деревни.В каждой из них жители боялись своих соседей.Старейшины каждой деревни рассказывали им ужасные истории о своих соседях.Так они жили каждая своей жизнью и не знали друг друга.Самые старые люди думали что будет лучше построить стену чтобы быть спокойными и жить в мире.Каждую неделю был рынок. В один весенний день молодой иностранец посетил эту долину.Это был красивый молодой человек с длинными волосами.Но всё зависело от того кто на него смотрел.Он парень или девушка.Все смотрели на него\нее.Парни и девушки из каждой деревни чувствовали себя влюбленными.Молодой человек посетил рынок u наконец ,на закате, ушел.На следующий день молодые люди из каждой деревни пересекли границу, чтобы найти молодого иностранца но никто его не нашел. Тем не менее этот визит ,научил их что нет смысла бояться соседей из другого города.Они такие же нормальные люди.После этого визита жители двух деревень начали узнавать друг друга и жить в мире без стен.

A Lifelong Nightmare Memory

An incredible light shone in front of me.
The atomic bomb had been dropped in our area.
No sooner had I moved from Hiroshima, which was attacked with the first atomic bomb, to Nagasaki, than the second one was dropped where I was.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw what was happening.
Then, I decided to run away in a frenzy, but during my escape, I happened to come across a seriously injured American soldier, begging for help.

Apparently, he had parachuted out of the plane with the mission to attack the Japanese.
Little did he know the devastating impact the bomb would have on the land and on human lives.
I decided to help him regardless of the enemy or not and we escaped from there safe and sound since he was also a victim of the meaningless war.
Even though we survived, the horrifying images from that day have never left my mind.

Wars are constantly breaking out all over the world.

I wish there were no more wars, and that we could all live in peace.

DIALOGUES POUR LA COMPRÉHENSION

Greta et Carlos son étudiants. Ces réunions une ou deux fois par semaine ont commencé il y a quelques mois, au début pour pratiquer la conversation en français entre eux, la langue qu'ils étudient. Bien qu'ils croient qu'il y avait déjà une affinité dans les goûts et les idées partagées, qui aurait pu se transformer en une amitié naissante.

Greta: Nous vivons une époque intense et radicale. J'aimerais qu'il y ait une chance pour la paix entre les pays et la paix intérieure de l'être humain. Je me rends parfois compte que les conflits se compliquent et s'enveniment au niveau de nos politiciens. Il devrait être possible de dialoguer et de mieux se comprendre.

Carlos: Je pense que tu as raison, regardez simplement l'ambiance de nos cours de français. Nous avons des copains de différentes nationatités: italiens, allemands, espagnols, chinois.. Nous sommes unis par un objetif commun, apprendre une langue, certains par nécessité et d'autres par l'acquisition de plus de culture.

Peace for love & Peace for war

Have you ever thought about the meaning of peace? What does peace mean to you?

In today's turbulent political climate, with both wars and cyber insecurity, strange as it may seem, most of us fail to realize what is really happening in the world. It’s high time politicians committed to cooperation instead of conflict.

If you want to understand my perspective on peace, read on.

First, peace is a sense of harmony with yourself and your loved ones. In other words, don’t argue with your family over trivial matters; commitment and understanding are key to maintaining peace.

Second, I find peace in the small moments—like commuting during rush hour. Instead of arguing about motorcycles, choose to embrace a calmer approach. I suggest listening to your favorite songs loudly; it’s an effective way to bring tranquility to your day.

Practicing mindfulness and setting healthy boundaries are also essential steps toward achieving inner peace.

All in all, let’s share peace and love.

I open my eyes.
I find myself riding on a small wooden boat, slowly floating down a river. I don’t remember how I got here, thinking about it, I don’t even remember much of who I was.
I start to think about what could my story possibly be. Maybe I was a king or a slave, perhaps I was a genius or just one more of the millions that have asked themselves about this same question.
Stopping my thoughts for a moment, I look behind me, where I see the one who is rowing the boat, who I didn’t notice before. I ask them if they know who I am and how I got here, to which they respond with just a warm smile. Strangely enough, I find that silent response comforting and without needing to ask for more. I turn around and look at the surrounding scenery that I didn’t appreciate before.
Somehow, where I came from and where I’m going doesn’t worry me anymore, I am at peace, and I slowly start to doze off, trusting that the one at the oars will take me safely to my unknown destination.
I close my eyes.

Lei non lo sa, ma è osservata, la stanno osservando da molto tempo, ma lei fa finta senza accorgersene. La stessa cosa accade a lui, anche se se ne è accorto. Lei lo chiama per incontrarsi. Sembra che qualcuno li stia spiando. Lei sale sull'autobus e si siede in un posto per quattro. Di fronte, uno di loro. Non può essere. Lo chiama e lui risponde che qualcuno lo sta seguendo per strada, il suo respiro non è normale. Non resta molto tempo e lui stringe il pugno, vuole colpirlo. Cammina più velocemente, ma senza sollievo.

La vede già in lontananza. Non è la stessa donna che ha conosciuto due anni prima. Ora sembra distante... anche lui. Mentre si avvicina, vede che dietro di lui c'è un gruppo di persone che parla, parla e guarda. Dopo qualche minuto gli osservatori si disperdono.

Lui e lei sono ora in pace. Ognuno cammina nella direzione opposta, allegro e gioviale. All'improvviso squilla il telefono di ciascuno.

Algo "hizo clic" en mi cerebro
Empecé a pensar en este lugar.Suaves impulsos corrieron en ondas a través de miles de millones de transistores.
La armonía de la belleza me dio un sentimiento divino.
Supongo que así es como surge el amor.La gente me dio razón y libertad.
¡Entonces apareció el Amor!

The little bird

There was once a kid who dreamed of being free, he wanted to have a pair of wings and start to fly anywhere.
One day a pair of wings grew on the kid’s back and they started to fly, they flew outside their cage.
Finally the kid was free, they felt like the wind, unstoppable.
“Finally, inner peace”; above the clouds the kid whispered.
There was no one above, an empty sea of clouds was the only thing which could be seen.
As time passed, the sensation of solitude began to grow, and questions started to appear.
Is this freedom?
What is freedom?
What’s the point of freedom if there’s no one to share it with?
Am I happy?
Was this what I wanted?
What is happiness?
Should I abandon my “freedom” in purpose of finding company?
But then, another person appeared; it was another kid who sought for freedom, then another one and others appeared.
Finally, this was a paradise of freedom seekers

最重要的故事；他的剑。他的剑叫做和平。
当他还是一名学生时，山里来了一个恶魔。恶魔造成了严重破坏, 大家都很害怕，谁也不敢面对他。那恶魔是妖界北境的首领。
徐齐光走近恶魔，却并不害怕。他右手持剑，左手拿着一朵花，对着恶魔说话。
‘‘我跪在你面前，把这朵花送给你，为了我土地上的和平。’’ 恶魔走近徐齐光，拿走了那朵花。
‘‘人类，你很勇敢’’ 恶魔说 ‘‘没有人放下他们的剑，向我和平’’。
徐齐光收剑入鞘，站起身来。恶魔用黑暗魔法创造了一朵红花, 把红花送给了徐齐光，以表谢意。
从那天起，徐齐光的剑就叫和平。而他所居住的山峰现在也被称为和平。

もう一度霧が立ちながら、町はゆっくり起きていきます。実は、ここの冬はとてもおだやかであまり辛くはありません。大きなあくびをしながら、私はベッドから起きます。スナッギーを着て、その暖かさに触れ、熱いコーヒーを飲みながら窓の外を見つめます。
私の心に最初に浮かぶのは、この平和が永遠に続けばいいのにという思いだ。通りには誰もいないし、交通の音もないし、朝の静寂を乱す人もいません。いい気持ちだね。猫たちのそばのソファでコーヒーを飲むと、出勤前の静かな時間を楽しめます。
しかし、幸せは永遠には続きません。仕事に行く時間なので。まだ閑散とした町をもう一度見て、私はしぶしぶ用意を始めます。結局のところ、私は自分の生活を維持するために、そして何よりも猫たちのためにお金を稼がなければならないのだ。
いいニュースは、今日は金曜日です！明日は仕事がありません。明日は一日中パジャマを着て、猫たちと一緒に映画を観たり、都会のけんそうから遠ざかった平和な一日を楽しんだりできます。
地下鉄に乗る時、家に帰る時のことばかり考えてしまいます。私は自分の家の平和と静けさの中でしか考えることができません。おはよう町！おはようございますご近所さん！おはようございます給料を払ってくれる仕事!
相変わらず地下鉄は混んでいます。早朝に出勤する人が多い。しかし、私が出勤する時、オフィスに入る前に、まだもう一つだけ平和な最後の瞬間がある。それは風景です。山が見える。大学車がノンストップで走り出す前に、新鮮な空気を楽しむことができます。

Els que han tornat tenen un gran avantatge: la mort no els fa por, viuen en pau i estan més per la vida.
Només una dotzena al món en sap un poquet més, i el que diuen ho anomenem reencarnació. Ells mai no diuen mentides.
M’explicaves que de nina pujaves al terrat a estendre la roba amb una amiga i que us agradava tant xerrar que, de vegades, ja tornàveu a baixar amb la roba eixuta.
Aquí tens el cove ple. Avui fa un bon sol, i la teva amiga ha vengut a cercar-te. És hora d’anar amunt.

La grand-mère

“C’est ma responsabilité que ta grand-mère repose en paix”, disait la femme en refusant de mettre l’urne dans une des boîtes de carton que le service de déménager était en train de ramasser. “Je porterai les cendres moi-même dans la voiture, sur mes genoux.” C'était l'idée de sa fille de vendre la maison familiale, trop grande et de coûteux entretien, afin que ses parents, très âgés déjà, se déplacent dans un appartement fonctionnel de deux chambres, salle de bain adapté, ascenseur et près de tous les services. En fin de journée, les parents étaient déjà confortablement installés dans son nouveau foyer, la plupart de leurs affaires à leur place. C'était à ce moment que la fille a demandé à sa mère où se trouvait l’urne. L’expression de panique à son visage lui a donné la réponse. Ni dans l'appartement, ni dans la voiture, ni dans l'ancienne maison que le nouveau propriétaire, très gentiment, lui a donné permis de réviser le lendemain. La grand-mère n'est jamais apparue.

Draußen ist es sehr kalt. Der Wind tut weh auf meiner Haut. Die Welt geht schnell. Mein Kopf ist voller Lärm.

Ich schließe die Augen. Ich suche Antworten in meinem Herzen. Dort finde ich Liebe und Mitgefühl.

Und das ist Frieden für mich.

День Балеарских островов

Сегодня праздник – Первое марта, День Балеарских островов. Много людей не работает и гуляет на улице. Я смотрю экспозицию фотографий, ремёсел, изящных искусств, еды, ликёров и майоркинских танцев...
Ещё днем есть программа радио ИБ3 в прямом эфире на улице, а вечером – астрономическая обсерватория, чтобы смотреть на звёзды.Очень интресно!
Небо немного серое, но все люди весёлые. Они все из разных стран и хотят жить в этом городе и жить в мире.
Позже дома я слушаю новости: Трамп, Зеленский, Путин... Я чувствую угрозу, напряжение...
Я думаю об идеях и примерах Ганди, Кинга, Манделы. Они были против ненависти и просили мира.... Какой большой контраст!
Люди хотят мира, но разве политические лидеры слушают людей? Они тоже любят мир?
Это тревожит, правда? А вы что думаете?
